The Semantic Center takes functioning software from researchers and the community as a whole.  We apply a professionalization process which does the following:

1)  Creates appropriate directory structures. 2)  Develops or complete JUnit tests. 3)  Creates source code examples. 4)  Implements design patterns on the functioning software providing ease of use. 5)  Documents features and the "how to". 6)  Sets up forums and other help scenarios. 7)  Releases the software to the open source community.

For Domain Holders the Semantic Center augments the creation of vocabularies and ontologies.  Services in this area include:

1)  The creation of a Tbox. 2)  The web servers necessary for documenting the Tbox, namespace and URIs. 3)  The creation of sample Abox. 4)  A full methodology for implementing the Semantic Web Solution (Link to methodology) 5)  The use of Blackbook to implement the full Semantic Web Solution.
